I went to high school with Huong and she is one of the sweetest girls ever. Never short of a smile for you and caring and considerate too. Huong has an infectious smile about her that undeniable rubs off on you. Steve is the handiman extrodinaire. A friend everyone should have as I don’t think there’s anything out there that he can’t fix. He rebuilt his first car from the bottom up or more correctly inside out. The red car in the photos is his little baby, his first car, his 2nd love (after Huong of course ;P)…..how’s that for sentimentality. A perfect gentlemen too as he was always attentive to Huong’s every move and needs. The love you both have for one another flow effortlessly out during the shoot and made our job easy.

This session was definitely oozing HOTNESS….the dress Huong choose for the session was absolutely beautiful. Looking at the pictures I kept thinking of Little Red Riding Hood all grown up and finding her prince charming….so SWEET. Seems like I haven’t ween myself off of fairytales yet, but this session was near PERFECT…almost fairy tale like with everything except for the icy icy wind. Thanks for toughing it out to get the shots guys!! They did a clothes change and the two of them transition into Urban cool as we ventures to other locations. Thanks so much for entrusting us to capture your love and life. We’re looking forward to shooting the wedding in July.

We’re currently hard at work editing our latest e-session. Looking at all the pictures definitely put us both in a good mood so I thought we’ll SHARE and give  you guys a SNEAK PEAK too. It seems fitting since this session was HOT HOT HOT….and so is the weather we will be getting. Happy Friday Everyone!! Enjoy the Sunshine!!

The splendor and beauty that we have in our own backyard is nothing short of magnificent. The mountains, forest and creeks as they starts showing signs of spring leave us in awe. Alberta is also known to have shifting weather conditions on the fly.  From having white out conditions a few days before the shoot and more snow scheduled for the day after, who would have believed that the sky would part and allowed the radiant sun to smile down on them. With beautiful blue skies the day of the shoot we ventured into Banff to capture Angelina and Rick’s engagement session.

Angelina and Rick met through a mutual friend 8 years ago. She was attracted to his friendly nature and his humor. He was attracted to her confidence and out going attitude. Over our meetings with these two, we learn that Angelina is a night owl and Rick, an early riser. She’s full of life and outgoing and he’s more laid back and easy going. He’s from a small town and she’s a city girl. But it true what they say that “opposite DO ATTRACT”. Despite their differences they do also share some common ground, regarding food. Whether it’s to eat it or prepare it. We can’t wait to try out “Iron Chef” Rick’s culinary delights. When asked what his specialty is, Angelina replies, what type of food would you like to eat. Our eye light up, as foodie lovers ourselves. We can’t wait to take you up on your offer and try out the dishes first hand. Angelina also does a lot of cooking herself and masters in cooking efficiency as Rick recounts the stories of how well she handles her café, her “virtual café” that is from day to night. We’d love to try all those delicious meals you prepare in the virtual world too, Angelina. What’s not to love about cooking without the clean up, .

Thanks you both for allowing us to capture the love you two share. Thanks also for looking so fabulous even though at times the icy winds reminded us that winter hasn’t completely left yet. We can’t wait to capture your wedding day in June.

Have a great time on your pre-wedding trip to Mexico. Wishing we were there with you, but we’ll settle for more sunshine, so be sure to bring some back.

Has spring finally arrived in cowtown? It sure felt that way when we headed out for an afternoon shoot with Jeannette and Boo. We could not have asked for better weather or better models. We went exploring in a new part of town. This area has a couple of off leash dog parks that Boo was able to run around in. It was nice to be able to head out to enjoy the fresh air, stretch our legs and enjoy the sunshine. It was the first time for all of us to venture into an off leash dog park and I think Boo enjoyed the open space the most. The amount of fun he had meeting other dogs and just being free running around makes me want a pet of my own just so we can share in the fun times like all the fabulous dog owners that we saw that day. Its awesome to know that there are lots of open area in the city that is designated as off leash for you to check out if you dogs.

When we set up the photo session with Jeannette to celebrate Boo 8^th birthday, she was estatic to finally get some pictures of Boo because as we found out during the shoot, he’s lightning quick and camera shy. We said we would do our best and she proclaimed that she just needed “ONE GOOD PHOTO, that’s it!!” Well I hate to say it Jeannette, but I think we’re going to have problems picking out ONE GOOD PHOTO. When we were reviewing them, I already claimed a few favourites even before editing them. Both you and Boo look so great in them, it’s going to be hard to produce just one good photo for you guys. We were so blown away by this session, that B and I were both fighting over who gets to edit them, (lol)

I hope you and Boo enjoyed the photoshoot as much as well did. The Love you have for Boo is definitely oozing from the photos. Looking at your session really really makes me want to get a pet of my own. Now if only I can convince B to feel the same way!!

HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY BOO!!

Can Boo be any cuter!! The shirt was a gift from Jeannette’s cousin Joyce….it’s uber cute too!!

I love how he smiles and his eyes just disappear!!

I am “lion”, hear me ROAR. Seriously, I could just snatch him up and take him home with me!!

Meet Kaedence Bailey Tang!! We couldn’t have asked for a better model from this bundle of cuteness. There was plenty of happiness and laughter going around all day.  I know that Kaedence will grow up being loved and surrounded by happiness. And if the amount of wardrobe changes is any indications, we can see that she will be spoiled too, but why wouldn’t you spoil this cutey pie.

Later that evening there was a reception party for Kaedance with family and friends. This is the first time we’ve ever experience a baby dinner party like this. We can’t wait to see what’s in store when Kaedence turns One.  We’d like to give a shout out to Renee at getwed in making the party as fun filled and spectacular as it was.

We are so happy for you guys and we can’t wait for your big day back in Canada.

We wish we had more time to hang out in HK this time around, but with all the unexpected events that occurred, it made the HK trip a hectic one.

We’re blessed to know you guys as a couple and thanks for hanging out with us in the hot humid heat. Who knew there would be so many photo opportunities when a mall closes down.

We had a blast hanging out. See you guys next summer!!

With the summer weather finally arriving, we had loads of fun chasing after Ethan under the beaming “warm” sun.

We were both surprised with how much energy he had and how fast he engulfed his juice boxes. I fear he will surpass me in an eating competition in a few more years.
