Eugene and Theresa met back in High School. Eugene was the funny guy in class. Theresa was the cutie pie. As they graduated from High School, the world expanded and they parted ways through university. Having quickly entered the downtown workforce shortly after University, their paths crossed again. Of all places, it was on the C-train during their daily commute. It was on this daily commute that Eugene is quick to recognize the cutie pie. Striking up a conversation, Theresa’s laughter and giggles can be heard on the train as Eugene makes her laugh. Train buddies they became and day by day their love for one another flourished.

The ideas for the shoot was all planned by Eugene and Theresa. Picking a theme to the engagement shoot that was near and dear to their hearts. They requested shots on the C-train where it all started, a school for when they met and autumn tree lined streets that is reminiscent of a place that Eugene lived near and they took countless drives through, TOGETHER. How SWEET are the two of them are together. Brian’s usually the joker with his antics on these shoots but I think Eugene took the cake on this one. It wasn’t hard to see the two of them seamlessly hanging out, laughing and loving in front of out cameras. These two are like old friends even though we’ve met a handful of times. Sharing ice-cream, decoration tips and our love for chinese dramas. Thank you, Theresa and Eugene for being so GRACIOUS and LOVING. You two are the cutest together. We can’t wait for your big day in 2012.

Jeff is from Calgary, but moved to Toronto for work.

Moving to a new city alone, he left his trusted fate to Google when searching for a new church in a new city;  What he didn’t know was he would also find his future wife , Eugenia, at this church.  I’m impressed at how powerful of a search engine Google has become.

Both Eugenia and Jeff flew all the way from GTA (Greater Toronto Area) to come to Calgary for their photo session here as they had fallen in love with the picturesque scenery the rocky mountains provided.

We are extremely happy to meet such a wonderful couple and the photos show how much love they have for each other.

Colin met Cindy through his brother Brian. Cindy and Brian went to High school and University together. As Brian and Cindy hung out more, Colin got a chance to know Cindy. Week after week the three of them hung out. Unbeknowingly to Cindy and Brian, Colin had a plan. He needed to let Cindy know how he felt and hopefully she reciprocated. It wasn’t until Brian went out of town one weekend that Colin took the initiative to hang out with Cindy exclusively. To Brian surprise when he came back there was good news to be told. Cindy and Colin were officially dating. A love based on friendship makes the connection stronger, and we couldn’t agree more. =)
Before the shoot we asked if they were okay with “PDA”. They looked at each other and Colin quizzically replies “personal digital assistance???”. We correctly stated “public display of affection” and we all shared a laugh. Although they may not know the definition for PDA, they certainly knew what it meant. Thanks for making our job easy guys. During the shoot, Colin had an undeniable gift to make Cindy laugh. All he had to do was look at her and crack a face. Also, if needed in a pinch, he could whip out his phone with Glee show tunes to entertain us all because it was Cindy’s favourite. We’re incredibly honor to have witness and capture your special love in our cameras. Enjoy your photos, we can’t wait for the upcoming wedding in September.
