Meet Kaedence Bailey Tang!! We couldn’t have asked for a better model from this bundle of cuteness. There was plenty of happiness and laughter going around all day. I know that Kaedence will grow up being loved and surrounded by happiness. And if the amount of wardrobe changes is any indications, we can see that she will be spoiled too, but why wouldn’t you spoil this cutey pie.
Later that evening there was a reception party for Kaedance with family and friends. This is the first time we’ve ever experience a baby dinner party like this. We can’t wait to see what’s in store when Kaedence turns One. We’d like to give a shout out to Renee at getwed in making the party as fun filled and spectacular as it was.

Can’t wait to see you guys next time!!!

He proposed and she said “YES”……and 26 days later, it’s our pleasure to introduce Kelly and Ernesto (aka Mikko) Ascura. They tied the knot in January on a fierce cold day. But it warmed our hearts to see how smitten these two are for each other. You can see how much Mikko tends to and pays attention to Kelly throughout the day. We know that Kelly will be taken care of and the world would be a happier place as you guys share your love for each other with others.
The thing I remember most from this wedding is the amount of love, friends and family support oozing from the day. There were BIG SMILES and lots of HAPPY tears. Every one really rally together and the day went on without a hitch. The main wedding organizer was Kelly sister Lily. Big big props goes out to her as the day went by so smoothly. And who would have guess that everything was planned within a mere 26 days. Also, customary to most asian weddings, are the crazy bride and groom games. The fact that you two know each other so well to the ankles and elbows blows our minds away. Here are a few snippets from the day.
Kelly waiting patiently for Ernesto to “PLAY and PAY” his way to his bride. Loving the detail and the embroidery of these asian shoes and dress.

The bridesmaids are doing a very good job in making the groom pay a substantial admission fee to enter the bride’s room. So much so, it might just cost him his wallet.

Kelly looking gorgeous!!

Wishing you both the best this world has to offer. We couldn’t have had a greater pleasure capturing this day for you.
If you would like to check out more photos of the day, here is a SLIDESHOW.
Much Love,
Amy + Brian

Our first wedding of 2010!! And what a pleasure it was for us to get to shoot this wedding. Kelly and Ernesto, you two are the sweetest of sweet hearts. Despite the weather being quite fierce that day, it didn’t stop you two or your family and friends from partying up the big day. With the amount of love going around, who would of guess it was sub zero outside. Here’s some teasers for the time being while we feverishly work on the rest of them. Enjoy!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!
We’re VERY lucky to be in a profession of taking picture of the SWEET moments in life and capture LOVE between people. But besides being photographers, we have a STRONG ADDICTION to the other SWEETS in our life….the CUPCAKES (or like our friends like to call it…..CUPPIE CAKES)
These smaller version of moist cakes, should make you feel a little less guilty about ingesting one…maybe two, RIGHT?!? And who can resist the COLORFUL and TASTY buttercream icing that sits innocently on top of the cake.
So begins our elusive search for the perfect cupcake recipe!!
Bake Date #1 – Our friend Connie came over for a bake date. We tried our hands at making Martha Stewart’s ROASTED BANANA Cupcake with HONEY CINNAMON BUTTERCREAM.
The verdict: SUCCESS
Taste: like a Banana muffin
Icing: YUMMY goodness
A GREAT BIG thank you and HUG goes out to Connie for the GREAT company and the wonderful evening.
No blog is ever REALLY complete until a picture is posted. For you viewing enjoyment…our CUPPIE CAKES!!

Here’s to wishing all our CLIENTS, FRIENDS and FAMILY a JOYOUS holidays and BLESSING to a wonderful NEW YEAR.
Please stay SAFE and WARM this holiday season and we look forward to hearing and seeing you guys next year.
I’ll just end with our festive story. We got into the festive spirit and decorated a gingerbread house (courtesy of Ayden, Rose and Eugene Wong (Thanks guys)). Brian and I decided to put our creative juices to good use and tackle half the house each. From this experience, nothing is truer than the saying “MEN are from MARS and WOMEN are from VENUS” when it comes to the way our brain works, but we’ll let you be the judge.
Here is our final work of art for your viewing enjoyment. Can you tell who is who’s? =P

This side has 3 food groups on there....can you spot them?

This is the colorful and SWEET side...

Wishing YOU ALL a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and A HAPPY NEW YEAR,
Amy + Brian
